   Have you ever had one of those days in which you try and try but you just can’t get your

ducks in a row?  I did this week and I thought seriously about opening duck season.  I

left home on time and about 3 miles from the house remembered I had not taken my medicine.

After returning and doing that, I realized when I had driven all the way back to Nixa that

I was supposed to go by Sam’s Club and pick up some things for school and had

left the card at home.  So, back I go.  Finally, I did get everything in place.  It all seemed like a

waste but during this time I made a couple of calls (I know I shouldn’t) and was able to reach

a couple of guys that are always difficult to reach.  One is a church planter that had a need

for an increase in his budget for another year so he could take advantage of a great offer on

a facility for his church.  The other was a guy that works with a group who might be able

to meet that need.  Yes, I did do a lot of extra running but I also raised about

$18000.00 maybe that was God’s plan all the time.  Isn’t God amazing!
